The Analyst is responsible for processing simple and complex transactions within set procedures and guidelines prescribed. Works with other Operations Groups to ensure all exceptions are monitored and corrected within an agreed timeframe. Expected to solve simple issues and refer more complex problems to supervisors / experts for assistance. Entry level position with opportunity to develop professionally. 1.Responsible for providing client service through the execution of daily functions and tasks.2.Understand and follow control procedures.3.Responsible for providing timely response to queries.4.Work effectively as a team member as well as an independent, self-motivated individual.5.Research and resolve problems within established guidelines.6.Advise management where current processes do not align to documented procedures.7.Escalate client requests that contradict established procedures or best practices.8.Assist in improving process flows and operational and control procedures.9.Cultivate relationships with internal partners and client contacts .10.Responsible for understanding client?s business.11.Is available and responsive to address client needs.12.Recognize when to escalate client issues or queries.13.Understand current Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that are directly related to job function(s).14.Responsible for increasing knowledge of financial services market operations.15.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key partners internal and external to the organization.

?A college or university degree and/or 0-2+ years of relevant work experience ?Excellent oral and written communication skills ?Able to multi-task?Analytical and problem solving skills?Attention to detail?Works with a sense of urgency
