Role/ Department:

•    To perform a variety of tasks within the IIG Account Relationship Associate team in an accurate and timely manner, working closely with departments within C&IS. 
•    To continually aim to improve the service offered to clients & work very closely with the Team Leads to ensure business deliverables are taken care. 
•    Strong subject matter expertise/ knowledge of NT business 
•    Demonstrate through examples /evidence excellent written and verbal language skills, ability to independently address technical & non-technical issues, knowledge share / training sessions conducted, proactively troubleshoot and manage escalations, and work with global teams
•    Pro-actively come up with productivity improvements in the process
•    Support IIG Client servicing in all locations
•    Deliver high quality service delivery to internal and external clients
•    Be able to respond to queries within 24 hours and understand the broader issues affecting our clients.
•    Receive service requests from clients and partners; executes daily client activity, handles enquiry resolution, maintains client documentation and ensures that system information is up-to-date. 
•    Coordinates with Operations on service delivery and communicates with the clients as appropriate. 
•    Provide relationship team administrative support as required 
•    Oversight duties to assist 2 offshore locations, providing support where necessary on Account closures & Account openings responsibility for ensuring that all client documentation is completed in a timely manner. 
•    Researches client records, contracts and agreements to respond to client enquiries. 
•    Identifies service efficiency enhancements and process improvements using creative and proactive measures. 
•    Proactively look to improve service delivery
 

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
•    Knowledge of custody operations desirable. 
•    Good knowledge of Account opening process beneficial 
•    Analytical and problem solving skills.
•    Strong  organisational skills.
•    Ability to prioritise work effectively in order to cope with multiple deadlines. 
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•    Strong team player
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Strong IT skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), advanced Excel  is an advantage.
